> Advisable.AI connects Greek business systems (SoftOne ERP, Ecommercen e-shops, myDATA/AADE and others) to ChatGPT, Claude and its own AI Chat through one workspace MCP (Model Context Protocol) URL, with per-user access. ## Key facts
- Pricing (excluding VAT): €49/month per workspace, owner included; +€10/month per connector (connection slot); +€5/month per extra member. Owner with one connector: €59/month. Example: owner + 3 extra members + 2 connectors = €49 + €20 + €15 = €84/month. No separate MCP gateway fee.
- Free trial: 15 days, no card, one workspace, one user, one connector and 200,000 AI tokens. It does not turn into a charge automatically.
- Setup: create an account, verify your email, connect a system, then add one workspace MCP URL to ChatGPT or Claude (OAuth with automatic client registration and PKCE), or use the built-in AI Chat.
- Access: each user sees only connections they own or that were explicitly shared with them or the whole workspace.
- Writes: write actions are off by default and are enabled per connection. In SoftOne and Ecommercen, writes require a preview and explicit confirmation; deletion stays blocked in SoftOne. myDATA, AADE registry, bank accounts, Viva.com and Everhour are read-only. Gmail and Outlook never send email.
- A ChatGPT or Claude subscription is separate; Advisable.AI tokens cover AI use inside Advisable.AI only.

## How to connect via MCP
1. Create an account at https://advisable.ai and verify your email, then start the free 15-day trial or a subscription.
2. Under "My connections", add a connection and enter its details; they are tested on the spot.
3. Copy your workspace MCP URL — it looks like https://advisable.ai/mcp/workspace/<your-workspace-id> — and add it as a custom MCP connector in ChatGPT or Claude, where that is supported by your plan. A per-connection URL (https://advisable.ai/mcp/<connection-id>) is also available.
4. Sign in with your Advisable.AI account and approve access. Sign-in uses OAuth with automatic client registration (DCR) and PKCE, so there is no Client ID or Client Secret to copy.
