No, and it is not a setting: we request account information access (AIS) only. There is no payment tool in the connector.

Refresh frequency and call limits depend on the bank. When the API reports that a quota is exhausted, the connector reports the error. Data returned by the bank is not necessarily real-time.
Yes. PSD2 consent lasts a limited period (typically 90 days), then you renew it with one click from the panel.
