Outlook MCP Connector

Microsoft 365 mail and calendar, with questions in plain language.

Request a demo Create account

The connector talks to Microsoft Graph and lets Claude search and read your mail, folders and calendar. You connect with your Microsoft account — no password is ever shared.

What you can do

Free-text search

Searches sender, subject and body, just like Outlook's search box.

Structured filters

Folder, unread, with attachments, date range, specific sender.

Conversations

Every message of a thread in order, to see how a discussion ended.

Calendar

Appointments and meetings in a date range, with organiser and attendees.

Drafts (optional)

If you enable it, it prepares drafts. Sending is always done by you.

Example questions

Use them as they are — or in your own words.

›What meetings do I have this week?
›Find emails with attachments from the supplier last month.
›Which unread messages in the inbox are from customers?
›Show me the whole thread about the project Beta quote.
›What did the team send me while I was on leave?
›Which appointments do I have with Delta Trade in September?

Frequently asked

Does it work with personal Outlook.com?+

Yes, and with Microsoft 365 work/school accounts. You connect through Microsoft's official OAuth.

What permissions does it request?+

Mail read, calendar read and your profile. If you enable drafts it also requests mail write — solely to save drafts.

Can it send email?+

No. There is no send tool; even with drafts enabled, the message stays in Drafts until you send it.

How do I revoke access?+

From myaccount.microsoft.com (Apps and services) or by deleting the connection in the panel.
