What is Workspace MCP?
It is a single bridge between your AI application and your integrations in Advisable.AI. Instead of adding a separate MCP for every system in ChatGPT or Claude, you add your workspace URL once. This approach is also called an MCP gateway.

Connect your systems
Create an account, verify your email and start a workspace trial or subscription. Under “My connections”, choose your system and complete its required setup.
Copy one MCP URL
Find “One MCP for all your integrations” and copy your workspace URL. Add it as a custom MCP in ChatGPT or Claude where that feature is supported.
Sign in and start asking
Choose automatic OAuth registration where offered, sign in with your own Advisable.AI account and approve access. Start with a small query you can verify in the source system.
The unified MCP supports automatic OAuth registration (DCR) with PKCE. You do not need to copy a separate Client ID or Client Secret for this setup. Custom MCP availability depends on your ChatGPT or Claude plan and workspace policies.

Frequently asked questions about unified MCP
How do I connect multiple integrations with one MCP in ChatGPT or Claude?
Set up supported systems in Advisable.AI, then add your workspace MCP URL in your AI application. Sign in with your own account and approve OAuth. Unified MCP exposes tools only from active connections you are permitted to access.
Can the same MCP connect my SoftOne ERP, email and store?
Yes, if you have set up the corresponding supported integrations, have active access and hold the necessary permissions. SoftOne is the available ERP connector and Ecommercen is the store integration. The full catalogue describes capabilities and requirements for each system.
Can other workspace members see all my connections?
No. Each person sees connections they own and those explicitly shared with them or with the whole workspace. Sharing a URL does not give everyone the same permissions.
Do I need to connect again when I add another system?
Your workspace URL stays the same. New connections and shares become available according to your permissions. If they do not appear immediately, refresh the tool list in your AI application.
Can I keep a separate MCP for each integration?
Yes. Individual connection setup remains available as an option. Workspace MCP provides one entry point when you want to use the connections you can access from the same place.
Is there an extra charge for the MCP gateway?
There is no separate gateway charge. The workspace subscription is €49/month including the owner, plus €10/month per connection slot and €5/month per extra member seat, excluding VAT. Your external ChatGPT or Claude plan is separate.
What happens when the trial or subscription expires?
Connection access is checked when you use external ChatGPT or Claude clients too. Without active access, calls are blocked until the required subscription or authorization is restored. The trial does not automatically turn into a charge.
