Each integration needs different access details and provides different tools. Reading or changing data is limited by the connector, its settings and your permissions in the source system.

Limits & permissions
Read access by default. Optional writes must be enabled for the connection; posting asks for confirmation.
Create an Advisable.AI account, verify your email and choose a workspace.
Activate your subscription and the connection slots you need. Choose your system under “My connections”.
Enter the details required by that connector or complete its OAuth approval. Test the connection before using it.
Use the connection in AI Chat, or add its MCP URL to ChatGPT/Claude where custom connections are supported. Sign in to Advisable.AI and approve access.
Ask for a small result you can verify in the source system. Request the source, company and reporting period.
How much does it cost?
Advisable AI Workspace costs €49/month including the owner, plus €10/month per connection slot and €5/month per extra member seat. Prices exclude VAT. For example, a workspace with one integration and only its owner costs €59/month before VAT.
A ChatGPT or Claude subscription is separate. Review the final amount and capacity at checkout before paying.
Advisable.AI provides a SoftOne connector and remote MCP with OAuth. You need working SoftOne Web Services access, an active connection and a ChatGPT/Claude account that permits custom MCP. Check availability and external workspace policies with that provider.
Can I connect any ERP or business software?
The ready-made integrations are listed here. SoftOne is the available ERP connector. Another system requires an API, permission and implementation review first; having an API does not mean a ready-made connector already exists.
What is an MCP connector?
It is the bridge that lets a compatible AI application use tools from an integration. It does not replace your ERP: it reads or performs only what the available tools and connected account permit.
Does finding an Advisable.AI guide in ChatGPT give access to my data?
No. Public pages describe the product. Access to your own connection requires an account, the appropriate permissions and OAuth approval. Do not publish API keys, OAuth secrets or customer records in public pages or prompts.
What if my subscription or access permission expires?
Connection access is checked for external MCP clients too. If the required access is missing, renew the subscription or restore the connection authorization before continuing.
