Request a demo Create account

The connector talks to the Zendesk Support API and lets Claude read tickets, conversations, users and organizations. It supports Zendesk's query language, so you can ask with complex criteria without knowing them.

Frequently asked

Do I need an agent account?+

Yes. An end-user account has no API access to tickets — you'll get a permissions error. An agent or admin is required.

What details do I need?+

Your subdomain (e.g. company.zendesk.com), the account email and an API token from the Admin Center.

Does anything change in the tickets?+

No, unless you enable writes. By default the connector only reads.
