With an active workspace subscription, buy a connection slot for €10 before VAT. After payment confirmation, activate the connector and add it to Claude. The slot is also included in monthly renewal.
It only reads by default. With writes enabled on the connection, creating and updating records and documents is allowed if the SoftOne user has the relevant permissions. The dedicated posting tool requires a preview and explicit confirmation. Deletion remains blocked.
The s1services URL, username, password, App ID and the company code. A user with Web Services rights is required — we help you request one if needed.
